- All original content, designs, and strategies created by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Clients retain ownership of their trademarks, logos, and supplied materials.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services in question.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged during the course of business, unless disclosure is required by law.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement by written notice if the other party breaches these Terms and fails to remedy within a reasonable time.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai.
Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website.
